As a vegetarian, this is my favorite thing to order at Olivia's - I've been eating here since I was a kid and still make an effort to every time I'm visiting home. The poblano pepper is stuffed with gooey cheese and I always make sure to order it with rice and beans!

I absolutely love the cheese enchilada, chile relleno, and ground beef taco combo at Olivia's! The cheese enchilada sauce is incredibly flavorful, and the cheese filling is perfectly smooth. The chile relleno is amazing, with a fluffy and fresh egg coating, and the Anaheim chile and cheese are always fresh. The ground beef taco holds a special place in my heart as it was the first item I tried at Olivia's when we moved to Riverside. Usually, I opt for the cheese enchilada and beef taco combo since I can't quite finish three items, but I do enjoy trying other dishes on the menu, and everything is consistently delicious! Their beans and rice are fresh and homemade (yum)! Their beverages, especially the iced tea and diet Dr. Pepper, are our favorites. If you visit on a Saturday or Sunday, you must try their menudo—just thinking about it makes my mouth water! Olivia's is a family-run business that has been a staple in Riverside for years. Whenever family and friends come to town, the first place they want to visit is Olivia's.
